Ok, firstly his diplomacy will be a lot better than Clinton's would have been. Secondly we are talking about now and Obama is still in power. Thirdly Trump seems to want to try and get on with Putin. Fourthly i believe Trump will be well advised, and sixth, i don't think it is mind boggling really.

Seems to me that Obama is stirring it up to make it difficult for the incoming president.
