I was watching Sky news and the reporter from Marseille stated that this was a planned and organised attack on English fans, even down to him witnessing gum shields being put in before the attacks.

Hmm, that and a poor Police force.

Surely you are not suggesting that the French police are encouraging or helping the attacks on the England supporters.
