To be fair, this club employee's only contribution has been to tell us that this useful service has been removed purely because of this thread, and since then has not bothered to come back to update us on plans to improve things. He's made a rod for his own back.

I would have thought this whole season ticket exchange idea would be looked at properly if we were to be promoted especially as just about everything else at the club seems to be run properly. They will want to maximise bums on seats when half the games are actual 30,000 sellouts. Insider, are...

I presume you can only do this a certain number of times a season? Otherwise I'm fairly sure they'd take a dim view of someone doing that nearly every game for obvious reasons.
