Just can’t stand the ‘look at me parking on the double yellow lines outside’ vibe. My irrational dislike has become rational now. I go for Baked on Church Road. Also Oeuf on 3rd Avenue - all a bit annoyingly Hove but can’t deny it’s good coffee and breakfast. Port Kitchen also recommended.

Seconded I like Baked and Modelo Lounge on Church Road. Also Wolfies by Hove Station is good. I have an irrational dislike of Hixon Green but heard the food is very good - anyone been?
