That is indeed, the key bit of the post.
I don't like writing about this sort of thing, because it's easy to find myself using words like "synergy" and "wholistic" and coming across like a complete wanker.
I'm not suggesting that anybody could do the job at any time anywhere. But how people fit...
I still think that excluding the truly incompetent and the tiny (like, really tiny) number of transformational exceptions, a manager makes little to no difference on their own.
I'm not saying anybody could do it, but that given the same set of players and conditions most premier league managers...
I like the way people only claim he's struggling with the language or that we might be reading too much into his comments when he says something the supporters might find objectionable. :lolol:
