I'll never use EVRI again! As Hermes they stole [lost] my laptop I sold for £400 on eBay and compo was a mere £20 - thieving bastards. At least with Royal Mail 24 & 48 the compo is £150 - plus, I suspect their staff are generally more trustworthy ....
