He has said he wants Tony's ambition to match his. That doesn't sound like hype to me. Last season his ambition was to qualify for Europe and he/we achieved it.
The most eye-catching part of Baleba's game currently is his (rapid) ball-carrying in 20 to 40 yards bursts upfield. He's strong and fast. It will be interesting to see how RdZ moulds his game. Will he optimise that facet or will he coach it out of him and use him as a more conventional pivot?
