bushy is right... Mitcham ain't nice.. At all... London has good and bad... Sw London is lovely (from where I grew up and lived) and se seems a ghetto (from again my experiences and where I lived) The nice places in London are just way over prices and the shit holes are over populated

For me it's about getting priced out... I've lived in Fulham, Norwood, and now Kingston... If I want to take a step up the property ladder and buy a house... Never in a million years could I afford any London borough. So may have to keep moving further out. Just to add you can't discuss London...
