I switched from Sky about 6 months ago as signal kept dropping and dealing with their so called tech function was driving me nuts. BT has been faultless and thankfully I've had no reason to call them. Much cheaper, all the same channels and very fast BB

They can all be pretty crap when you run into problems so I wouldn't go too much on rep, just the pricing. I actually switched from Sky to BT as they offered a good deal for taking the whole bundle. I can't grumble at all but then in the 5 months I've had it I've had no cause to contact them...
