I thought I said "I think" Maybe it is rubbish but it would seem reasonable for the FL to mandate something, or perhaps the clubs do just get together and figure it our for themselves?- Rugrat

I think the FL decide the allocations so everyone has the same. I might be imagining it but I think all away teams are given 3000 wherever it is- Rugrat
