Re: Closure of NSC ticket exchange

Oh and just as a marker for Steve.S I just went to a big Liverpool forum (Red and White Kop) and they have a ticket exchange set up much along the same lines as ours. Can't imagine it's not in L'pool T&C's but seems OK for them

Re: Closure of NSC ticket exchange

You're entitled to whatever opinion you want but given that you keep banging on about T&C's as about the only justification for their actions the question that was asked by the other poster seems reasonable to me. I don't live my life by T&C's indeed I doubt any of us do and they are generally...

Re: Closure of NSC ticket exchange

Looking at the posts this fella makes I'd say that's a reasonable question

Absolutely ... bloody good point Edit: Actually deleted my reply, looking at your posts on this thread can only think you are a lurker

Re: Closure of NSC ticket exchange

Too right. The club are nickel and diming this issue. If it were any other sort of commercial business pi$$ed off customers could vote with their feet. But it isn't, and the club know they can throw their weight around and we aren't about to go support another team. It's all wrong and it's...

Re: Closure of NSC ticket exchange

I can't see who else would have. I'm sure our overworked, under resourced Police didn't decide to take this on. It's hardly industrial scale crime, a few people who can't make a game exchanging a ticket for no profit. It's simply not something the police would want to get involved with imo. I...

Re: Closure of NSC ticket exchange

Because it's not in the best interest of the club. They have already got the revenue for that seat and (reasonably) want to get revenue from all the others. Once that's done then activate the exchange ... they take a cut but nothing like the 100% they get from selling an empty seat. The thing...

Re: Closure of NSC ticket exchange

LOL ... you should be in the commercial dept. I'm missing 6 games this season so no financial logic for buying a ST next. Then I won't bother with some of the less attractive games and my defence against some family stuff/weekends away would have been greatly reduced. So now I might make 10...

Re: Closure of NSC ticket exchange

I'm thinking of not renewing as generally can't make midweeks but have been successful in selling on here. If I did give up my ST (and the Mrs) I'd then become selective about my Saturday games too I think. There might be an argument to say that I might miss out on the "blockbuster" games but...

Re: Closure of NSC ticket exchange

In the absence of any other information it's not an unreasonable assumption. I'd be bloody surprised if someone with a grudge could actually get anyone interested in applying pressure

Re: Closure of NSC ticket exchange

I might be missing your point but isn't that what the NSC exchange is? once someone takes the job on of policing aren't they simply another Bozza that the club will go after?
