    28mm pipe. Hob will be no more than 11kw Combi is DHW priority, so water OR heating demand get met, not at same time. 25m3 = no more than 5kw (unlikely more than 200watts/p/m2) DHW restrictor is mentioned top right page 28 of manual.. Good luck :thumbsup:

    Yes, your right -100=200L storage Vogue 40 - FAT..! Comes with 16.4l/p/min DHW restrictor built in, so no wastage. What other gas appliances you got in house? At full chat, that boiler wants 4m3 gas p/h, and a standard meter will only let 6m3 through, so i hope you dont have (say) a gas oven...

    My wife's thrown away my ST folder, but looking at docs online: i-boost is 200l storage, and really for multi-bathrooms/big houses, prob overkill for you tbh. It's in a nice box, so looks better, is 5db quieter, but has a 1.25 overflow pipe connection requirement. approx £1100 A 'standard'...

    1st is PRV (pressure relief valve) for CH system. 2nd is condense pipe - taking away slightly acidic (tomato juice ph value) waste water to a drain. Commonly 21/21.5mm diameter - commonly found in Screwfix etc

    Fill while emptying. Think i-boost is a 'better looking' newer version that you dont need/want to hide away - i'll check after i get kids to bed..!

    Not so bad actually; if you can stretch to a iboost, then it's all built in, and even quieter.

    BN9 - They are like a break tank/accumulator with built in pump - Very good piece of kit. Mothy - you say you'll use the 100l up in 8 mins, does that include the 10l per min you'll be putting back in at the same time ? As you say, it reverts to a constant 12 l/pmin when not on charge anyway...

    Just to say , these two (hot water pressure, and CH system pressure) are not linked in the way suggested. You can now, 'pump' your mains water, into a Combi/Unvented Cylinder, which would seem to be your answer. I've fitted the Salamander with good results, but would normally go Stuart Turner...
