He certainly seems to be running in properly. Its not easy to tell with this angle but I'd guess he's bowling mid to late 80s comfortably.

Yesterday was a little disappointing, granted, but today I have woken up with much optimism.
We lost the toss, it looks a decent batting wicket with good carry, we lost our main bowler but still kept them to less than 300 and didn't lose a wicket last night.
If we can bat for the whole day...

This is test match cricket. Yes we probably should have given Anderson another spell but 83/3 is fantastic on what looks like a pretty decent wicket. Keep positive everyone!
