He seemed impressed enough to have his.medical. Thatvcould have been his agent who persuaded him

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

The rumour abounded, from sources in the club that Grabban didn't sign because Oscar refused to meet him. But in the article today it says Oscar, and Jones, met Grabban and ha was excited at their plans for him. Does anybody know why he.didn't sign?

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

I.don't know. There have been a few sharp calls from the club to the argus in recent history. Maybe if the argus did know this and didn't run with it, was because they didn't went to unsettle the play off push. Or because Oscar promised exclusivity if they waited until season end

This is worth more than a thumbs up. Wonder if at any stage in the last 9 months Burke or Bloom have missed Poyet and his 'endearing way's? Note I doubt Barber has:)

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

As I said earlier, I had heard what you saying but the Naylot article contradicts a lot of that. They can't both be totally right but they can.both be largely right. I suspect that the telegraph article and the ulloa injury came before he could have taken the manager title and, by then, he had...

I fear you might be right. It doesn't fill me.with confidence though. I'm not saying I want a.big name, but a bit of.experience wouldn't go amiss

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

By which time he had been here 4 months or so and perhaps saw the way things were progressing?

[Albion] Garcia's reasons for leaving (from today's Argus, per Andy Naylor)

I'm with you on this in that I heard Oscar wanted to coach and leave player recruitment to Burke. Although they same person told me that Oscar didn't Meet Grabban which is directly contradicted by this article. So not sure (once again) how much is spin and from whom. It is possible that having...
