Not heard Thee Oh Sees yet. I nearly bought it today, but then didn't for some reason that I can't quite explain, even to myself. I will probably relent soon.
I am really enjoying Django Django's new one, not that it's much of a progression from the first.
Blur's Magic Whip has surprised me...
Zefur Wolves are Cian Ciaran's latest project (SFA keyboard player) and their debut album is released on 13th April. From what I've heard, I think I am going to like this enormously.

What's it called? I can't find it, and on their website it still advertises Strange Friend as the new album. Seems very soon to be releasing another...have you got a link?
Absolutely this.
I always remember the advert that accompanied the release of Scary Monsters, at a time when people were quite polarised about what they were 'allowed' to like.
It stated "There's Old Wave, there's New Wave, and there's David Bowie".
And Licensed to Ill was derided as novelty guff, not to be taken seriously. I love it - probably, still, my favourite Beasties album.
Paul's Boutique is a brilliant album.
Coincidentally, I have also been listening to Bowie a lot since last summer.
I agree on the five album run, and raise you:
The Man Who Sold the World, Hunky Dory, Ziggy Stardust, Alladin Sane, Diamond Dogs. Magnificent.
I know Pin Ups was in there somewhere, but it doesn't really count...
