In terms of comparing recent Bond films then saying this one isn't as good as Casino Royale is a bit like saying Rubber Soul is not quite as good as Revolver, or Dom Perignon is not quite as good as Tattinger. I'm a big Bond fan, to me pretty much all the movies are on another level to the rest.
