The thing is this is the fifth season at the Amex and we're still talking about the same stuff we were in August 2011 - insufficient stock on the shelves, stock husbandry, poorly trained staff.
I am 47 and would say that at least half of all the bad pints I've been served in my 30-odd years of drinking have been served at the Amex since it opened in 2011.
21.45 ordered 3 pints of Fosters - all of them no heads, flat and warm so they were returned. Replaced with proper pints, but this is the third time this season I've been served flat beer in the WSU.
