That's where my second problem lies. I don't know her password (I have her Fan No), and the option 'Forgot Password' doesn't send an email like it claims to do. So, I can't move forward.

My original post explained that I can't login as her (no ldea as to the password) and the forgotten password funtion is not sending the email it claims to send. If I 'register' her as a new user on the site it doesn't allow me to associate her with her season ticket number - so no joy there. I...

I'm no technophobe, but where is 'My Tickets'?? Can't see it under any of the menu options.

Sadly I can't see my daughter on my logon, and I can't see where to add friends and family anymore. Plus I can't logon as her and the forgotten password option fails to send the email it claims to have sent me!
