You can’t dismiss pace though surely? Otherwise, you might as well watch Serie A. If you play a pass into a ‘hole’, you certainly can’t walk on to it. Look at great strikers and wingers, they have explosive pace, there aren’t many who stroll and look brilliant (other than Pirlo or Jan Molby)...

Yes. He might grow as a player even more (albeit playing at a lower level), but in the CL. If it happened I wonder if he’d eventually return for £100m but to Arsenal, Utd or Liverpool, hopefully we’ll have a 25% future transfer clause. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
