Herr Tubthumper seems to know a lot about beer, so I'm intrigued to see what he says.
I've always refrigerated any craft beer that is amber or lighter. I wouldn't chill stouts or porters, but I don't drink them anyway.
And I always think beer tastes better served in a glass.
Sorry to bump this thread after so long, but I've just noticed an offer on O2 Priority. If you're an O2 customer, you can save £16 off your first order from Beer52, meaning it'll only cost £8 including delivery. Bargain.
Unfortunately, you can't use the offer if you've signed up before. But you...
Wasn't sure what to expect, but I really enjoyed it. It had a reasonably tangy taste and was unlike any other beer that I've had. That specific beer is exclusive to Beer52 too, according to the can.
Just phoned up to cancel my subscription. It took less than a minute and I received a confirmation email two minutes later.

I know someone that has his own craft beer brewery in Haywards Heath and they only sell in cans. When I asked why, he said it was purely to do with the fact that it costs significantly less. According to him, the science behind it is just a myth.
The world 'fruity' definitely stands out at first glance. As does the green can. Despite not particularly liking beer in cans, those two definitely appealed most to me on appearance alone. Lets hope the taste lives up to expectation.
Yeah, I know. I try to avoid them but quite regularly buy Brighton Bier, which comes in cans. I have to pour it into a glass though, as I won't drink it straight from the can. Bottles save the hassle!
My crate is on it's way... I'm hoping it arrives in time for a pre-match drink on the train on...
I don't particularly like beer in cans either... it tastes different. I'm hoping that the crate includes mostly bottle beer.
I won't be continuing the membership at £3 a drink, because it's cheaper at the off licence. Although the off licence has less choice, they sell Brighton Bier which I'm...
Just had it confirmed by Beer52, that multiple people from the same household can take advantage of the £10 off welcome offer, as long as different bank details are used.
20 beers for £28 coming my way then!
