Did exactly the same journey as you a couple of Saturdays ago - diversion out of Rouen took us round two side of a triangle to get back on to our normal route. Not anywhere as bad a delay as you, we had a queue of around half an hour at the peage to pay a toll of under a Euro for the distance...
