Seems crazy doesn't it? The far more sensible option would for us to spend our money on our own armed forces. I'll never understand the old school tie bollox.

One burning question for Me is,why are we borrowing Billions to give it all away? I certainly wouldn't go asking for a loan just so India could send an Indian into space. Perhaps I'm the only one but I really don't get this.
