Just been given a brand new replacement ipad for the second time in 14 months. Can't fault the customer service, but does this goes some way to explain their exorbitant price in the first place?!?

Afraid that just repeats the hard reset process and does not work

The screen has frozen on Ipad air and cannot be sorted. I have held down the off and home buttons to initiate a hard reset several times but with no joy. Any ideas?
