Why do people assume people get so defensive about stuff on other fans' forums?
I pasted the extract because it made me laugh. If I was defensive about it i'd sign up to their forum and let them know of their ignorance, but I like them the way they are:wink:
That one has run it's course.
Replaced by reluctant praise. Unsure what is meant by 'traditional' in the sense above, they either haven't been following football for very long, are totally ignorant or in this particular case traditional may mean having a shit awful brass band that made me stop...
To be fair, had the events of that game been reversed I would probably not be in a particularly rational state of mind.
Stephens should have been booked for sure and Fletcher being a seasoned pro should have known better. I don't get why players motion their heads towards each other, it's...
Yes, mentioned a few times on here. Ball was long gone by the time he decided to take a swipe at thin air and presumably some part of Dale. Was quite obviously what wound him up.
My personal favourite:-
Hearing some of the stuff on there, they would have gone into utter meltdown had what happened with barton and the sending off at boro happened to them.
I also like the one who is confident that video evidence will prevail and Stephens will get his rightful punishment...
Fair points from most of them.
The occasional 'they're in massive debt and need to sell their players' comments are great though.
Seems everybody has jumped on this 25M loss announcement without actually understanding it.
