You didn't watch the Fulham game then. The decisive corner came from Sidwell conceding a free kick which lead to a Dunk misplaced headed clearance.

He took a LONG time to get back into any kind of form. Whenever he makes a mistake now he gets castigated much moreso than anyone else due to people recalling that period where he was awful. It seems easy to forget he's a great fullback and player, with a mistake in him just like everyone else.
