The QPR squad isn't as bad as some people are suggesting. They're not brilliant, but they're fairly ordinary fodder. There are a lot of worse squads, obviously Ipswich, Rotherham and Reading along with Bolton (but they do have Noone and Buckley, so they've got some wing flair!).

They had a disgraceful start to the season but then actually turned it around and went on a brilliant run into the top 10, I was completely amazed because they seemed so dire. But they've reverted to the form at the start of the season and he's paid the price, rightly so. Such a shame for Tomer...
