nasty black tar pitch on Hove seafront.
It was all over the place when I ran the Phoenix 10k on Wednesday! (Hove Lawns to Shoreham) Looked like it had just been done, mainly tar with small bits of gravel randomly thrown on it! It was a right old mess!- Mr Blobby
