I enjoyed it and thought the cast was decent but the ending a little messy. Matthew Kelly was great - you felt like you could smell him through the screen (not a good smell...)

That's a bit of an off the top of my head list.
I thought last night's was excellent.
Really warm, very well acted, strong believable dialogue. Abrupt ending, but was ok with that. Not a clever-for-the-sake-of-it storyline like the Football episode, just a well written, well observed situation.
My favourite of the series so far, by some way.
Much preferred Death Be Not Proud to The Referee's A W*nker.
I don't like when shows do football. They so rarely get the tone or language right. Also, it was ludicrously and needlessly over-elaborate - he could've just reffed badly and thrown the game for the team he wanted to win. Didn't need...
Those two episodes are special. I don't cry easily, but the combination of Sheridan Smith's acting and the music towards the end of 12 Days of Christine got me the other day.
Great show, and one of the few both me and Mrs Mellotron enjoy equally. Which is nice.
Was great. The delays did get to the point of me thinking "maybe this is real, otherwise it's really ballsy", but glad I held on - when you heard the classical music going dischordant in A Quiet Night In - that was a breathtaking moment. Heard about lots switching off and I think that in itself...
