Nothing wrong with the ball at the goalie's feet. He can stand there all day, and as mentioned above, Casper is one of the best keeprs I've ever seen with the ball at his feet.- Mellotron

Why do referees REFUSE to acknowledge this rule? Butland kept it in his hands for well over 10 seconds numerous times. Has anyone ever seen a free kick given for this rule being broken?- Mellotron
