Back yesterday from a brilliant weekend - thanks to all you who posted on this thread - a great help. To sum up my tips/comments: Food / Drink : nowhere near as expensive as I expected - stayed away from main tourist spots when eating. Carnival : Excellent - we had no idea when we booked it...
