Dunno, Its an Amex Lounge. I'd imagine that Amex have sole use of the Lounge as part of a long term agreement. Can't imagine that they would want Joe Public coming through the lounge to get to the seats even if they weren't utilising them. I'm not sure whichever broadcaster (SKY, BT etc) is...

Only part of the new build is a TV studio. The rest is a new corporate lounge that will be used by American Express for customers, entertaining clients and sometimes for employees. The seats in front are for Lounge guests so I can't imagine they will be on general sale at any point this season.

Yes they have been installed. I was at the stadium today for an event but alas I don't have any pictures. Plenty of activity in the vicinity (inside and out) of the lounge so I assume they are looking to open it for Saturday.
