Agree on most of that, especially Izzy's arrival lessening Tom's likelihood, but if it doesn't happen it'll reduce Skalak's appearances even further. Again, just can't see either Skalak or Hemed getting any more than the occasional appearance. I like them both and for their sakes,if they want to...

I don't think the publicity shots will have any bearing on whether someone stays or goes. It's more related to an honest conversation between the player and the manager about what opportunities there will be and I can't see there being many for Skalak (but of course I could be wrong on this)...

I think you're being a tad paranoid about Baldock. Space could be made by shipping out Skalak, for instance.
