I didn't see last night, but I was surprised that Ince was taken off against Middlesborough, rather than Andrews. I'd probably go with all other of your suggestions, apart from Ince for Andrews, and maybe KLL or Orlandi if fit for SD*2.

Please pause, and attempt to provide a long explanation as to why you want Andrews to start, let alone find his (side)way to the subs bench.
