You obviously didn't see the cross Barnes put in at the start of the second half against Wigan that landed on JFC's head: Beckham would have been proud of that if he hit it with his right foot; Barnes hit it with his left -- that is, wrong -- foot.
Agree with all of this Icy, and I seem to remember that it was a comment you made on another thread that I particularly liked. It was about how Oscar likes to look at the grass -- as opposed to the pitch -- during games, and how he exudes a calm, which we might contrast with Gus' recent antics...
Good spot. Think you're right, and this is one of the reasons why NJ was recruited. Oscar's clever. He'll work on improving and developing the squad he's got (he did this at MTA too), but the longer he stays, the more involved he'll become in transfer policy, I think.
