Good result for the Eagles against the Rams, 43-35 final result, and top of the NFC East. I know a few fans of the hapless Giants (not an auspicious start for interim coach Steve Spagnuolo getting tonked 30-10 by the Cowboys) who are now rooting for the Eagles - very fickle some people
Lots of stuff about that in the tabloids today. The general feeling in the NYC media is he has been treated shabbily, humiliated, hung out to dry ........get a grip, he's just a highly paid QB who was good in his day but is now past his sell by date. Hopefully McAdoo won't be far behind.
Thanksgiving triple header:
Vikings v Lions (who always play on TG along with the Cowboys)
Chargers v Cowboys
Giants v Redskins (I'm almost embarrassed to see the Giants in this prime time slot with their current shocking form)
Will be watching between the Turkey and Pumpkin Pie
Another embarrassing gubbing for the Giants, 51-17 by the Rams. Time for MacAdo and Manning to walk off into the sunset.
Doesn't help that the guy sitting next to me at work is an Eagles fan
Bad news for the Packers - Aaron Rodgers out with suspected broken collar bone

Things go from bad to worse for the Giants who now go 0-5 after being beaten 27-22 by the Chargers and Odell Beckham Jr being carried off with a broken ankle.
Meanwhile Aaron Rodgers shows why he is probably the best QB in the NFL after getting a TD with 11 seconds to go and beating the Cowboys...
Cowboys beat the Cardinals 28 - 17. Cowboys struggled to begin with but kudos to coach Jason Garett for turning things round and for me Dak Prescott was MOM for the Cowboys. Good game to watch as a neutral.
Looks like the controversy surrounding the national anthem isn't going to go away, all...
Some friends are going, I cant make it but will be watching on TV. They have been atrocious so far, and they'll be up against the best front seven they've seen so far. As well as having some serious issues with their offense the defense could be in trouble as well - Jenkins still has an ankle...
Family of Aaron Hernandez to sue NFL for $20 million in a case which was filed yesterday

I was at MetLife Stadium last night watching the game and I think a lot of people thought that the Giants inept performance against the Cowboys was down to OBJ’s absence. Some are now thinking he’s over rated after last night’s performance. Admittedly he’s probably still recovering from his...
Giants and Cowboys starting soon. Odell Beckham Jr is questionable with left ankle sprain. With Beckham out Manning could be looking to TE Evan Ingram to be playmaker. Key matchup is probably Giants Janoris Jenkins against Cowboys Dez Bryant
Interesting article about declining TV ratings

No real reasons given but must be worrying the networks. Wonder if there are any stats for UK viewing
