There is a standard set in regulations that requires buses to be capable of carrying wheelchairs of a particular dimension. The same standard and dimensions apply to taxis.
I can't see how calling a wheelchair accessible taxi would solve the problem.

Bozza ... What about the allegation that the new franchise arrangement that sends fares revenue direct to the government, rather than to the train operator, is intended to incentivise SASTA to break the union? SASTA can lose as many passengers as it takes.
