We are but the speculation is that his targets are higher than the clubs. The only public target the club has is to become an established top 10 club and PB has already said that RDZ has made them aim higher.

The two main things that I recall RDZ saying about it are that he already has a contract that he will honour and he will only sign a new one when both his and the clubs targets are aligned - hence all the endless speculation of what his targets are and what the club will have to do to meet them.
