Having let my subscription finish I'm out of it. But as so many of you seem to be having issues without resolution how about trying BBC Watchdog as an option? Send your story to Watchdog

If you mean do they contact you with an offer to retain your custom? My subscription ended the day after the Norwich friendly and I haven't heard a peep from them.

It's so infuriating watching the beginning of a game only for the coverage to fail. It's why I don't bother with dodgy internet streams anymore (death by adverts aside). BT, MOTD, 5Live and Talksport looks like my lot for Albion coverage going forward.

It would make the Kazakhstan equivalent of Channel 5 look professional! :rolleyes:
