This time next week then hopefully

Yeah Feb 26th can be the start of the loan, but why do we have to wait until then to do a deal? cant we do a deal now and have it officially start on the 26th?

So apparently we cant sign anyone until next week if we want to use them "should" we be involved in the play offs. However, can we not make the actual signing say, NOW, and then have it starting next week? Lots of people seem to be waiting with baited breath for GM to come home - and waiting...
