Adingra would be an overage player as he was turned 21 before 30th June 2023 which is the cut off for the EFL trophy.

I don’t think McGill counts as an overage player. The rules for overage player is anyone over 21 who has made 40 or more senior appearances. McGill has made 37 appearances and most of those were in non league football. You are allowed 2 players that meet the overage criteria in the starting 11.
