He made the pre tournament squad but was dropped when the final squad was announced. Seems a certain winger who’d only be able to play in around half the tournament due to injury was preferred instead.

He’s officially signing in January as confirmed by the club back in July. He’s wasn’t 18 until after summer window closed so although we could agree the deal with him he can’t join up with the squad until January. What the plans for him once he’s joined up remain to be seen.
