Did 2:49:11 at the Dambusters at the weekend - pretty pleased with that. The bike course had a few nasty hills which seemed to slow most people down quite a lot!

They're both support shoes as I do over-pronate. I generally run without socks for tris, but not when training. Can't really afford two new pairs so should probably go and try them somewhere.

As I mentioned in the geeks thread, had my first tri of the year today at Thorpe swimming lake. It was cold, and from getting in the lake I couldn't feel my toes until nearly the end of the run.
