Is is not worth you emailing PB again re this situation, there must be a good number waiting for the upper to open, not just us on NSC but others who just read and don't post and other who are just waiting. If they are not going to open just let us know, then if the people waiting really won't...

If that includes single seats then I can't see them opening an upper then, I may have to re-think.

After the emails conversation between me & PB yesterday, they do want to open the Upper(s). Think ESU today due to sales this morning fingers crossed WSU to follow, still unsure why the slow sales overall but, I guess lots like me are waiting for uppers, bit silly I know.
