I partly agree. For me, the main work, certainly since being in the Championship has been on developing a style of possession football with a sound defensive record, and an emphasis on passing. Hyppia's philosophy appears to be completely different.

Hyppia is out of his depth. The tactics are not working, they don't suit the players we have and based on what we've seen, other managers have worked him out. I mean when a team managed by Steve Evans out play you and are unlucky not to win, you know you've got it wrong.
