    I find it interesting with Hyypia. A lot of his ex-players who spoke about his time talked about a coach ahead of him time, but hamstrung by the transfer policy at the time which I think is partly true.     I for one feel desperately sorry for Hyypia. Out of his depth to a degree, tactical naivety at times but thoroughly let down by the club and his players. Anyone who thinks that this is the problem solved is delusional. A quick appointment is needed as well as astute investment in the squad.
