In my admittedly brief foray into Windows 10 before ditching it, I did try Edge (I didn't mean to). Missus wanted me to open a pdf file she had been sent a link to, which Edge duly did (as the default "app" :facepalm:) and then singularly failed to send it to the printer. Had to close that POS...
Well, I've rolled back to 8.1 now. At least I can hook the laptop up to the telly again. As for my desktop, I think I'll leave it as it is, dual booting Win 7 and Mint.
For me, it's just a few games that Steam for Linux doesn't support. All the serious software I use can be done with Linux and in most cases, much more reliably.
I made the mistake of leaving my laptop on whilst I went out for the evening on Tuesday. Got a text from the missus along the lines of "Aarrgh! The screen went black, now it's saying sit back and relax."

I think I read somewhere that Windows 10 wasn't going to be available in full for the Surface, but they were looking at rolling out some of the features of Windows 10 over time to it.
