Because it’s not unreasonable for the ex no 1 to hope for a recall?
Well that’s my reason no idea, why anyone else who has referenced it decided to mention it
We could also reference Forest and Newcastle for a keeper who wants a recall
I only blame Steele for one of the goals, maybe.
Probably still not getting back into the team after the 1-5 would be my guess, possibly gave up at that point.
He is never going to be as good with his feet as Steele and we know RDZ is adamant that his keeper can play football like an outfield player at least.
I am over it now and if it had been any other game I would have just accepted it as “shit happens”
At the time I was incandescent, knee jerk over reaction because it gifted a point to the team that it seems to be impossible to beat. convincingly. St Patrick’s Day massacre, Maupay equaliser...
I bloody love Sanchez, cool as feck and hard as nails. He is also not a bad keeper either. Shame Kane didn't get an injury for that GBH he tried on him, and yes I do know that is very un sporting and un pc but I have no time for the cheating fecker in a Spurs shirt or an England one.
