You'd have to laugh if he turned us down after some of the comments on this thread. Doesn't sound that unlikely either given how other players have chosen teams to be perceived tinpot in preference to us recently. Bournemouth and Millwall spring to mind.
I don't think Ulloa is worth anywhere near 7 million personally but he is almost certainly better than whoever we are likely to sign with what I expect to be the very small proportion of the fee likely to be spent on him.
If we were going to use the money on the squad I'd be very much in favour...
I was thinking more of signings rather than loans tbh. Ince is not really a replacement for our player of the season, promising though he may be. I hope Toko is but we were left lightweight last season by a lack of investment....IMO.

I'm surprised after Poyet's comments post the semi final defeat, the activity in the transfer market last summer and January followed by Oscar walking coupled with the sale of Bridcutt and Barnes without decent replacements being bought and now Ulloa on the way out and people still act surprised...
