More like Judas Iscariot to me :lolol:
Spare a thought for the mods who are now having the inconvenience of putting all Poyet related posts into one thread. Full time job if he does leave Sunderland I imagine.
I can understand exactly where Gus is coming from but he can't help going public about his gripes can he? He's learnt nothing from last season at all. Reading the Sunderland forums is Deja Vu. Most seem to be well pissed off with his public utterances and a few fully behind him, just like NSC at...
No I'm saying the manager should maybe be questioning himself rather than shifting all the blame. I have never seen Gus do this, maybe he's just been unlucky with the clubs he's managed so far?
Whichever way you dress it up he's not questioning himself at all as far as I can see. He picks the players, the tactics and is ultimately responsible for results, surely. I am sure there are problems behind the scenes but there are also problems on the pitch that he needs to consider too...
Done nothing in the league to make me think he's right, they are even further adrift of safety than they were when he arrived there. They survived last season so yes, in fact I think he's deluded, not just wrong.
He has got two games in hand to prove me wrong though.
