Good on TB
Wasn't Poyet alleged to have told some players he was leaving and would be coming back for them just before the shit hit the fan? Can't see there is any way that TB is going to make it anything but very expensive for Gus to follow through his promise.
Let's not forget Bridcutt has...
Can only assume Albion are not being compliant with Sunderland's approach if Bridcutt has put in a transfer request.
Good, Poyet took everything to the 11th hour after his dismissal and derailed our pre season, payback time. Make him sweat on the transfer and worry about when or if it will happen.
I reckon he is, his comments about finding it hard to refuse an offer to play in the Premier League, made in the Argus a week or so ago being the reason
I imagine the transfer request comes in if BHA don't agree to the move. I think you are kidding yourself if you think Liam isn't looking for a way out, sadly.
Since when did The Mail become an authority on or have a clue about football?
Is there a single football fanatic in the country who would choose The Mail for match reports or inside info?
No brainer really. If Bridcutt wants out and we can get a decent fee for him we should let him go, however good he has been for us. Hope it happens soon and we can get onto some positive transfer news...maybe.
